This Privacy Policy is applicable to any and all personal data collected by Augmented Learning Private Limited, and its affiliates on https://augli.in/ and https://augli.ai/ or its associated apps (hereinafter referred to as “Site”). AugLi and its affiliates are collectively referred to as “we”, "us" or "our" on all media. “You”, “your/s” is used to indicate subscribers and customers.

Non-Personal Information


In the process of our operations we may also collect and track non-personal information such as learner interests, learner preferences of time, learning progress by way of activity scores, audio, video, and dashboard. We use this information to study Learning Progress, Preferences and User Segmentation to better understand, protect and serve you. 


Aggregate information


We may use aggregated information to administer and improve our website, analyse trends and gather broad demographic information. We may pass this information to third parties. In most cases this information will be anonymised, meaning that you will not be able to be identified from it. 


Correspondence information


Of course, our correspondences with you in the in the form of emails or letters, or if other users or third parties send us correspondence about your activities or postings on our site are stored on our servers.

As mentioned these are done as prescribed by the laws of the land i.e. India. If you reside outside India, your information will be processed in accordance with the applicable data protection laws of the data subject.

COPPA For users in the United States, we comply with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (“COPPA”) and the Federal Trade Commission’s COPPA Rule. Children under 13 may not register on our site themselves, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13 without verifiable parental consent. Where a child under 13 needs to use our site, a parent or legal guardian must register on the child’s behalf and provide verifiable parental consent before the child uses the site. We may check for spam, viruses, phishing attacks and other malicious activity or illegal or prohibited content of the site, but we will not permanently store messages sent through these tools.


Retention of Personnel Data

We retain this as long as the account is active and delete this once the same is over or once the retention period is at an end and/or for any applicable retention period post this as per law or voluntary codes of conduct. Unless otherwise prohibited, we may shorten the retention period for some types of data if needed to free up storage space.

Subject to legal mandates, on providing us with your personal data, you have several rights, which you can in principle exercise.
